BACKGROUND:
Beyond Plastic is a non-profit organization educating and organizing on plastic pollution. The brand aims for social change through cleaning up shores, creeks, lakes and large bodies of water. Based out of Duwamish land/ Seattle, WA; founded by marine biologist Stevie Knapp.
The brand identity was for a simplistic typographic lock up that is meant to convey momentum and inclination forward. Using two different hues of blue to represent the ocean that is engulfing with plastic.
